Phil Jones and his faithful border collie, Danny, are walking the 87 mile length of The Ridgeway in 4 days, to raise money for the Berkshire Cancer Centre, at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading.
Pulled muscle in right calf climbing up hill east of Chequers. Very annoying. Only 12 miles to go though. Ish
